Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to admin@miavero.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the product received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to admin@miavero.com to speak to Customer Service.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Mia Vero Naturals offers full refunds for any products purchased within the last 30 days. Any refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at admin@miavero.com with any questions.
